URS: COVID-19 Response
/Attention URS Customers -
URS Electronics will implement the following steps for at least the next 2-week period (March 16-27) to minimize the spread of and exposure to the novel coronavirus COVID-19, while remaining operational:
The office and front counter doors will be locked.
Only URS staff will be allowed inside the building.
For URS customers with an approved A/R account:
We will continue to accept orders by phone and email with billing to your account.
Our plan is to continue using common carriers for all shipments.
For emergency situations, will-call pick up can be arranged at our freight door in the back.
For the front counter customers:
We will support your needs by taking order via phone & email with credit card payment.
For items in stock, product will be shipped out immediately via UPS ground.
For backordered items, we will attempt to have your order shipped directly to you. If that option is not available, the product will be shipped to URS and then will be shipped out immediately to your address.
URS Electronics anticipates challenges to the supply chain that could affect timely delivery of product. We will strive to keep you updated on the status of your orders and work with fellow Genie Group Distributors around the USA to source critical components.
We will continue to re-evaluate the situation as things change and will keep you informed. URS staff and myself thank you for your patience as we deal with this unusual situation.
